four vital procedures that were non-existent, for the
Cincinnati Bell Information System (CBIS) and one for
the Glenayre system. This resulted in shortening the
training period of new Pager Programmers from two weeks
to four days.
Set up new accounts, programmed pagers,
troubleshooting and assisted sales representatives with
telephone technical support using the CBIS & Glenayre
systems.
